Unlike other systems where you follow exact instructions from a trainer, Rokmil releases you from rigid guidelines. As long as you keep it moving, you’re doing Rokmil.
The African stool naturally keeps your movements within a healthy range of motion without an instructor micromanaging your form. This means you’re in control, using your own body as a guide, free to explore new positions and ranges of motion, ultimately resulting in greater body awareness and command of self.
